This month's answered questions:
- I do all the prep work before I go out to a social event like call ahead and ask questions, eat beforehand, or bring food. But sometimes, it just ends up that I can't eat what is being served and I feel so awkward when people ask why. Do you have any suggestions of what to say and how to feel less awkward?
- I was just diagnosed and it's really hard to know what to do or say when I go out on dates, especially for the first time! Help!!
- I work with a lot of high-level associates for my job and we are always having working meetings over meals. I do my best to be inconspicuous when I order my food, but it has gotten really hard and I've gotten sick a couple of times. My colleagues just don't understand. Do you have any thoughts?
Please submit questions that are applicable to a general gluten-free audience. We regret that personal clinical questions (medical history, labs, supplements, etc.) cannot be addressed.
Time allowing, every effort will be made to answer all submitted questions.
