When is my membership due to renew?

Visit the Member Area of the NCA website by logging in at https://nationalceliac.org/my-account/

  • If you have an automatically renewing membership, click on the Subscription tab of the Account Dashboard to see when your membership is scheduled to renew next.
  • If you do not have an automatically renewing membership, click on the Membership tab of the Account Dashboard to view your membership expiration date.

How do I update my credit card information?

Visit the Member Area of the NCA website by logging in at https://nationalceliac.org/my-account/ Click on the "Payment Methods" tab of the Account Dashboard to update any credit card information.

How do I turn off automatic renewal?

Visit the Member Area of the NCA website by logging in at https://nationalceliac.org/my-account/ Click on the "Subscriptions" tab of the Account Dashboard. If you have multiple subscriptions listed, "View" the active one. Click the slider next to Auto Renew to turn this option off (or back on again).

What benefits do I get as a member of NCA?

Your supportive membership helps NCA, a non-profit organization, to educate and advocate for the gluten-free community, as well as provide important resources to those not yet diagnosed with celiac disease.
