Product Recalls and Alerts

Some containers of Signature Cafe Chicken Noodle Soup with White Meat Chicken are labeled "gluten-free" but contain wheat. A Public Health Alert has been issued. These products are not recalled because they have already been sold but they may be in your refrigerator.

The alert is for 24-oz. plastic containers with best by dates of Apr. 27, May 2, May 8, and May 16. Affected soups were sold in AL, AZ, CA, HI, ID, MT, NV, NM, OR, UT, WA & WY.

Kame Hong Kong Express Rice Noodles are labeled gluten free but contain barley amylase. The packaging states that the product tests at less than 5 ppm of gluten. However, the FDA declined to exempt enzymes from the GF labeling law due to questions around the accuracy of tests.


b.a. Sweetie Candy Co in Cleveland, Ohio has issued a recall for Chocolate Malt Balls and Chocolate Malted Milk Balls due to an undeclared wheat allergen.

An allergy alert was issued for APS Isomorph 28 Products and iFORCE Nutrition Mass Gainz Dietary Supplements due to possible undeclared milk, eggs, wheat and soy. Consumers with questions may contact Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals at 1-888-855-7919 Monday – Friday 9:00 am –7:00 pm EST.

Consumers who have purchased Goji Berries and Chocolate Cookies are urged to return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
