Gordon Choice Deli Style Tuna and Chicken Salads

RMH Foods, LLC in Morton, IL is voluntarily recalling 583 cases of Gordon Choice® Deli Style Tuna and Chicken Salads packed in 4 pound rigid tubs because of undeclared wheat and tuna allergens. The recalled product contains tuna salad but has two labels - the bottom container states Deli Style Chicken Salad, while the top lid label states Deli Style Tuna Salad. The chicken salad labeling does not declare the wheat and tuna allergens that are in the tuna salad. The product was distributed in AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, OH, PA, TN, VA, WW at Gordon Food Service retail stores and to food service establishments. Click here to learn more about this recall. 

Jimbo's Bloody Mary Mix

Jimbo’s Kitchen, DBA New England Cupboard is recalling Jimbo’s Bloody Mary Mix because it contains undeclared soy, wheat and sulfites. Jimbo’s Bloody Mary Mix was distributed in ME, NH, VT, MA, MD, MN to local retail, boutique, and mom & pop stores and also sold to wholesale from 8/23/2019 until 8/23/2021. The product label ingredients list for Worcestershire Powder did not have all the sub-ingredients listed (corn syrup solids, salt, caramel color, garlic, sugar, spices, soy sauce solids (naturally fermented wheat and soybeans, salt, maltodextrin, caramel color), palm oil, tamarind, natural flavors, sulfiting agents). Click here to learn more about this recall.

Kroger Salt & Vinegar Chips

Kroger Salt & Vinegar Potato Chips are labeled gluten free but contain the ingredient malt vinegar powder. Gluten-Free Watchdog has reached out to Kroger and the FDA about this product. Click here to read more about this product alert.

Walgreens Gummy Supplements

Walgreens Immune Booster Gummies and Walgreens Radiant Beauty Gummies (and additional products) are labeled gluten-free but list malt syrup in the ingredients. The source of the malt syrup may be corn. However, Gluten-Free Watchdog has been unable to confirm this information with regulatory or labeling compliance and will be filing a complaint for all five products with FDA. Click here to learn more about this product alert. More information is also available here.
