The recalled product was distributed between June 12 and June 18 in the states of Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and West Virginia. Click here for more information

Captain Rusty's Seafood Dips have been found to contain undeclared allergens including wheat. The recalled Captain Rusty’s Seafood Dips were distributed in South Florida, Sarasota, FL., Tampa, FL. and Lorida, FL. through distributors and retail markets. Click here for more information.

FDA Response to Labeling Concerns: In last month's NCA News, we issued a call to action asking you to comment on the FDA policy allowing manufacturers to make substitutions to certain ingredients without changing the labeling. Gluten-Free Watchdog, together with NCA and other organizations, reached out to the FDA with this letter. You can read the FDA's reply here.
