My gluten free baked goods are not just empty calories with all starches like most of the gluten free baked goods on the market. Using sorghum flour, millet flour, chickpea flour, organic quinoa and brown rice flour as the main flour in my bread flour mix for they are whole grain with high nutritional value, plus all ingredients I use are the best money can buy. I love to bake what I can eat and you can safely enjoy them knowing they are made from the finest and freshist ingredients available. I firmly believe only the best ingredients make the best gluten free baked goods. No wheat flour, gluten contamination, preservatives or artificial anything of any kind.
