Karma Foods is a dedicated gluten-free kitchen providing specialty food items designed for health and nutrition. Using the freshest ingredients available from our own garden and local sources, we create gluten-free, vegan or vegetarian meals and baked goods for take-out and retail counter service. We offer fresh cold pressed juices, and super smoothies with nutritional supplementation available to add to any drink. Fresh juiced wheatgrass shots will also be available from wheatgrass grown on the premises.
Karma offers individualized nutrition and meal programs based on each client’s dietary restrictions, allergies or preferences that may be delivered or picked up at the kitchen. We also offer food preparation classes and workshops full of information and skill development to help you get started preparing your own healthy meals at home.
