Tripp’s is a dedicated gluten free facility located in beautiful Auburn Maine. We are a full scale café and bakery that focus’s on gluten free but specialize in grain free items as well. At tripp’s you will find a wide variety of baked goods, soups, chili, sandwiches, salads, frozen meats, local raw honey, Maine maple syrup, and meals to go. We don’t just stop at gluten free or grain free, we successfully navigate through many allergies and provide high quality, great tasting foods to all. Our foods are so good and nutritious that even those without allergies find themselves indulging in our products, and even asking “is this gluten free”. At tripp’s we do things “greater than gluten free”. We do more than “take the gluten out” we actually build foods that are nutritionally sound. We use good organic fats such as butter, coconut oil, and olive oils. Real sweeteners like Maine maple syrup, local raw honey, organic coconut sugar or organic cane sugar, you will find brown sugar and confection sugar for frostings but they play a minimal roll in our baking.
