They will discuss common questions, hot topics in celiac disease, and have a general question and answer period.

Lori Rowell Welstead, MS, RD, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian who works within the UChicago Medicine Section of Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition as their outpatient dietitian. She works as a Nutrition Advisor for the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center. Dr. Ritu Verma, MD is the Chief of Section of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition as well as the Medical Director of the University of Chicago Celiac Disease Center.
