Trinity Health Outpatient Nutrition Services will host a grocery store tour on celiac disease and gluten intolerance Tuesday, May 9, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the main MarketPlace Foods, 1930 South Broadway.

The free tour, led by a clinical dietitian, is for people who have celiac disease or are simply curious about a gluten-free lifestyle.

Topics addressed will include label reading, foods that are naturally gluten free, navigating the grocery store while shopping for gluten free foods, identifying safe and unsafe ingredients, gluten-free alternatives and cross contamination. Space for the tour is limited. Registration is required by calling 701-857-5268 by May 8.
