Livingston, NJ Meeting: Fall into Healthy Cooking and Recipe Exchange

This month’s group will feature fall foods to add into your meals. You are welcome to bring a batch of your recipe or gluten-free item to share. Please email your recipe to Michelle (Michelle.firstname.lastname@example.org) ahead of time. We will also have a few guest speakers from local gluten-free restaurants and food companies.
This group, led Michelle Pasia, MPH, RDN, Program Coordinator of The Kogan Celiac Center, are for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity as well as their loved ones who would like to learn more. It is designed to share and learn about what is new in the gluten-free world through conversation, recipes, tip exchanges, educational presentations and food tastings. Gluten-free is always a family issue so feel free to bring family members.
