Two types of information are collected from our web site:

2. Aggregate information regarding overall web site traffic patterns.

We use the aggregate information we collect to measure the number of visitors to the different pages and sections of our site, and to help us make our site more useful to visitors.
The aggregate information we collect is NOT linked to personal information, and we do NOT report on individual user sessions.
You do not need to give personal information to receive information from this site. However, when you join, register for an event, make a donation, or order a product, it is necessary for us to request the information needed to process the transaction. We retain this information in a secure database for processing, and to facilitate your future membership, registration, donation, ordering and related transactions.
When you choose to join, renew your membership, register for an event, make a donation, or purchase any other product or service of National Celiac Association, we may request the following information:
(i) Contact information: first and last name, street address, city, province or state, postal or zip code, country, telephone number, e-mail address and other contact information. This information is used to process your transaction and provide you with a receipt.
(ii) Credit card information: We have partnered with Stripe.com, a leading payment gateway, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers. The Stripe.com Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card and electronic check processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:
- 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

Our web site contains e-mail links that allow web visitors to easily send an e-mail inquiry or feedback to National Celiac Association. When you use the e-mail links, your e-mail address and the subject of your inquiry are provided to the individual or individuals responsible for responding to your specific request. Your e-mail address will NOT be shared with any third party.
