- 1 box frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and cut in quarters
- 1/3 to 1/2 grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup onion, diced or grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients, then sprinkle top with cheese extra cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with rice crackers.
