- 3/4 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup milk
Filling and Glaze
- 1 teaspoon gelatin
- 3 tablespoons water
- 7 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cup marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/4 cup marshmallow creme
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Cupcakes
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Microwave oil, chocolate, and cacao until smooth.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, and salt.
- Whisk together eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Add in cooled chocolate mixture and milk.
- Whisk in flour blend until batter is thoroughly combined.
- Bake for 16 to 18 min.
Filling & Glaze
- Combine gelatin and water. Leave to soften for 5 min.
- Microwave for 30 seconds.
- Whisk in 4 tablespoons butter, vanilla, and marshmallow creme. Refrigerate for 30 min.
- Microwave chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter until melted.
- Fill with set marshmallow mixture.
- Dip in chocolate glaze.
