  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Microwave oil, chocolate, and cacao until smooth.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, and salt.
  4. Whisk together eggs, vanilla, and sugar. Add in cooled chocolate mixture and milk.
  5. Whisk in flour blend until batter is thoroughly combined.
  6. Bake for 16 to 18 min.
Filling & Glaze
  1. Combine gelatin and water. Leave to soften for 5 min.
  2. Microwave for 30 seconds.
  3. Whisk in 4 tablespoons butter, vanilla, and marshmallow creme. Refrigerate for 30 min.
  4. Microwave chocolate and 3 tablespoons butter until melted.
  5. Fill with set marshmallow mixture.
  6. Dip in chocolate glaze.
