- 1 large head cauliflower
- 1 cup cream
- 2 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook cauliflower for 5 minutes and strain. Break into smaller bits and place in casserole dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over cauliflower. Bake for 15 minutes.
