Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp curry powder
- dash cayenne pepper
- salt & pepper
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 lbs cooked chicken breast, bite size
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1/2 lb mushrooms
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 Bermuda onion, diced

Instructions
- Mix together mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, curry powder, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Blend well.
- Combine remaining ingredients and add sauce mixture.
- Put into large casserole and bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cover so it does not dry out.
