Chocolate Chip Toffee Cookies
packed brown sugar
Ghirardelli semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir flour with baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Beat butter with sugar and brown sugar at high speed until creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
Then add eggs, one at a time, and then vanilla, and then flour and incorporate quickly at medium speed. Don’t over beat.
Stir in chocolate chips and toffee bits.
Drop by tablespoon onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 5-8 minutes or until golden brown.
