This is a sauce that once you try, you will never want to eat store bought again!

1/2 to 1/3
few grains of salt
Melt the chocolate over hot water and add the butter. Add the boiling water slowly.
Set over direct heat, bring to the boiling point, and add the sugar and corn syrup.
Boil 5 minutes or to 220 degrees on a candy thermometer, cool slightly, and add the vanilla and salt.
