Chutney Cheese Canopy
This is a recipe from the 1960s that is still good today.
Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Scoop out 1/2 of the pineapple.
  2. Mix together cream cheese, chutney, curry powder, and mustard. (If the cream cheese is soft you can do this with a fork.) Put mixture in pineapple.
  3. Chill pineapple, then pack toasted almonds on top before serving. Enjoy with rice crackers.

If you want you, can mix the filling together and chill ahead of time, then put in pineappleĀ andĀ pack on almonds at the last minute.
