Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup buttermilk or sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2-1/2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1-1/2 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1 head cabbage, diced
- 1 medium carrot, shredded

Instructions
- Combine the mayonnaise, buttermilk, milk, lemon juice, rice vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
- Add the cabbage and carrots and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Recipe Notes
Be sure the cabbage and carrots are chopped up into very fine pieces about the size of rice kernels.
Can also use a bag of ready made cabbage mix.
