Crepe Lasagna
This recipe always gets raves. The crepes taste like fresh pasta. Such a treat!
  1. Prepare crepes ahead of time.
  2. Mix cheese ingredients together. Set aside.
  3. For meat sauce, simmer beef and onion until done, then add remaining ingredients. Cook until bubbly.
  4. Grease lasagna pan, put down a layer of crepes, then cheese mix, then crepes, then meat sauce. Top lasagna with whatever grated cheese you like.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour until hot and bubbly. To prevent too much browning, cover with foil for the first half hour, then remove foil, add cheese and continue cooking until done.
