“Fried” Onion Rings

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with foil and then spray with GF non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a large baggie, combine GF flour, garlic powder, mustard, and salt. Add onions and toss to coat.
  3. Pour buttermilk into a large bowl, add onions and toss to coat.
  4. Add onions back to baggie, add the bread crumbs, and toss to coat.
  5. Transfer onions to baking sheet. Bake until golden brown, 35 minutes. Serve hot.
