Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 can (15 oz) GF Hormel chili
- 2 bunches scallions
- 6 oz Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno, grated

Instructions
- Spread cream cheese on bottom of shallow pie plate. Cover with layer of chili, then scallions, then cheese.
- Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for up to 3 minutes or until bubbly. Keep checking so it doesn’t over heat.
