These bite size morsels are a hit any time. They are quick and easy to make.
- 1 box GF white cake mix
- 1 stick butter melted (1/2 cup)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp GF vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 box GF instant lemon pudding
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Beat according to directions on the box.
- Pour into mini cupcake pans lined with mini muffin liners.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Glaze while cupcakes are still warm.
