- 4 cups cooked lobster
- 12 Tbsp butter
- 7 Tbsp GF flour
- 2 to 3 cups milk
- 2 cups cream
- salt
- cayenne pepper
- ground nutmeg
- fresh lemon juice
- 1-1/2 Tbsp sherry

Instructions
- Over medium heat, combine lobster, butter, flour, milk, and cream, and stir.
- Season with salt, cayenne, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Add sherry. Be careful not to boil.
- Serve over GF toast points or rice.
