Lobster Newburg

This is rich and decedent. Can’t eat this every night although you might want to! Heats up well the next day if there are any left overs!

  • 4 cups cooked lobster
  • 12 Tbsp butter
  • 7 Tbsp GF flour
  • 2 to 3 cups milk
  • 2 cups cream
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • ground nutmeg
  • fresh lemon juice
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp sherry


  • Over medium heat, combine lobster, butter, flour, milk, and cream, and stir.
  • Season with salt, cayenne, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Add sherry. Be careful not to boil.
  • Serve over GF toast points or rice.
