Lobster Newburg
This is rich and decedent. Can’t eat this every night although you might want to! Heats up well the next day if there are any left overs!

cooked lobster

GF flour
2 to 3
cups
milk

cream
salt
cayenne pepper
ground nutmeg
fresh lemon juice
1-1/2
Tbsp
sherry
Instructions
Over medium heat, combine lobster, butter, flour, milk, and cream, and stir.
Season with salt, cayenne, nutmeg, and lemon juice. Add sherry. Be careful not to boil.
Serve over GF toast points or rice.
