Maple-Glazed Brussels Sprouts
Even people who don’t like Brussels sprouts eat these!
Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved through core
salt & pepper
In a sauté pan sprayed with Pam, add sprouts and start browning. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil to pan once it is hot. Brown the sprouts for about 6-8 minutes.
Stir in chicken broth and boil until broth has almost evaporated and sprouts are tender.
Pour in agave syrup and sauté until syrup is incorporated. Remove from heat and serve. Season with salt and pepper.
