- 3 eggs
- 1 cup dark corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp GF flour
- 2 Tbsp butter, melted
- 1 cup pecans
- 9" pie crust, blind baked

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Beat eggs. Add corn syrup, brown sugar, and vanilla.
- Sift in flour and stir in melted butter. Add pecans.
- Place in a 9” round pie pan and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake for about 45 minutes.
