Portuguese Goulash Spaghetti

This is one of those recipes that cooks up in no time. Easy as pie, the ingredient amounts listed below are only a guide. You may want to add more sauce, hamburger, or water and/or other vegetables. Experiment until it works for your family.

  • 1 pkg GF noodles
  • 15 oz spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 lb hamburger, cooked
  • 15 oz water
  • 1 zucchini, cubed


  • Place all the ingredients into a large saucepan. Pat it down with a spatula. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until pasta is tender. Check it occasionally to make sure there is always enough liquid. Add more water as needed.
  • When done, sprinkle with cheese and serve.
