Quinoa, Black Bean, and Edamame Salad

This is absolutely delicious and everyone wants seconds.


  • 1 cup cooked red quinoa
  • 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1/2 cup frozen, shelled edamame beans, thawed
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh tomato
  • 1/4 cup Vidalia onions, chopped


  • Mix all together and toss with Garlic Expressions Dressing or any other simple vinaigrette.
