Rocky Road Bars
This is like S’mores in a pan! What could be easier?
GF graham crackers
recommended: The Grainless Baker (use 13-14 cracker)
sweetened condensed milk
toasted almonds, coarsely chopped
Line the bottom of a 9×13 pan with graham crackers. Bake them for 8 minutes at 375 degrees.
Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until smooth. 5 minutes.
Bring graham crackers out of the oven and sprinkle with the almonds.
Drop dollops of marshmallow fluff all over graham crackers — doesn’t have to be smooth, the heat from the crackers will take care of it.
Cover fluff with the smooth shiny chocolate mixture, spreading it over the top. Then swirl to decorate.
Refrigerate for 1 hour then cut and serve.
