Sally’s Broccoli Slaw

This is crunchy, healthy, and delicious!

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 1 pkg shredded broccoli slaw
  • 1 small bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 3/4 cup slivered almonds
  • 1/2 cup Craisins
  • 1/2 cup shelled & salted sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1-1/2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Mix salad ingredients.
  • Mix & shake salad dressing. Add to salad. Serve immediately.

Notes

Salad does not keep well. Okay the next day but not as good.
