Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2/3 cup red onion, chopped fine
- 1-1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1-1/2 tsp minced ginger root
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp GF soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp dry sherry
- 1-1/2 tsp fresh lime juice

Instructions
- Cook the olive oil, sesame oil, red onion, garlic, ginger root, and red pepper flakes in a small, heavy-bottomed pot on medium heat until the onion is transparent, 10 to 15 minutes.
- Whisk in the peanut butter, sugar, ketchup, vinegar, soy sauce, sherry, and lime juice. Cook for 1 more minute. Cool and serve.
