Ingredients
- 1 lb small shrimp
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- 5 drops Tabasco Sauce
- 2 tsp grated onion
- salt & pepper
- 1 Tbsp light cream

Instructions
- Mince shrimp with sharp knife.
- Add other ingredients except, the cream. Adjust seasonings to taste.
- Gradually add enough cream to make mixture easy to spread.
- Chill over night or several hours. Serve with rice crackers.
