Ingredients
- 8 slices bacon to crumble on top
- 1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley to sprinkle on top
- 1 pound shrimp fresh or frozen
- 1 clove garlic sliced into thin rounds
- 1 Tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tsp GF Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp sriracha sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 each scallions chopped
- 1/4 cup snap peas chopped
- 1/4 cup zucchini chopped
- 1/4 cup red pepper chopped
- 1/4 cup onion
- 1-2 cups cream as needed
- 3/4 cup white wine
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp GF flour

Instructions
Shrimp and Veggies
- Melt butter in pan and sauté vegetables until slightly done, then add garlic for 2 minutes and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Now add GF flour and stir, then add liquid ingredients and spices and stir. Check seasoning.
- Then add room temperature shrimp which has been cut in ¼ inch pieces. Cook for 3 more minutes or until shrimp is just done.
Grits
- Boil 4 cups water.
- Add 1 cup grits to 1 cup cold water and mix together.
- Slowly add mixture to boiling water whisking constantly to prevent lumps. Add ½ tsp salt.
- Cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring often to prevent sticking, until thickened
To Serve
- Serve in large bowls with grits on the bottom, top with shrimp, and garnish with bacon & parsley.
