Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef or turkey
- 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp ketchup
- 1 Tbsp grated onion
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
- Sauté meat until done, then drain.
- Add the other ingredients. Cook 5-10 minutes more until hot and the grated onion is cooked. Serve in gluten free rolls.
