Combine and beat well:
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 eggs
Sift before measuring:
- 1-1/2 cups GF flour
Resift with:
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Add sifted ingredients to the cream mixture. Beat the batter until it is smooth.
- Spread the dough in a lightly greased 8”x10” pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
- While hot, spread about 2 Tbsp of butter across the top of the coffee cake. Then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
