Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Adapted from Joy of Cooking many years ago, this is simple and quick to make. Delicious too!
Ingredients
Combine and beat well:

cup
sour cream

eggs
Sift before measuring:
1-1/2
cups
GF flour
Resift with:
1
cup
sugar
2
tsp
baking powder
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Add sifted ingredients to the cream mixture. Beat the batter until it is smooth.
Spread the dough in a lightly greased 8”x10” pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
While hot, spread about 2 Tbsp of butter across the top of the coffee cake. Then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
