Sour Cream Coffee Cake
Adapted from Joy of Cooking many years ago, this is simple and quick to make. Delicious too!
Combine and beat well:
Sift before measuring:
Resift with:
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Add sifted ingredients to the cream mixture. Beat the batter until it is smooth.
  3. Spread the dough in a lightly greased 8”x10” pan. Bake for about 25 minutes.
  4. While hot, spread about 2 Tbsp of butter across the top of the coffee cake. Then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
