- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 2/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup GF flour
- 1/2 cup butter melted

Instructions
- Place yams in a bowl and mash until smooth. Add brown sugar, butter, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- For the Topping, combine the pecans, brown sugar, GF flour, and melted butter. Sprinkle mixture over the sweet potatoes.
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 minutes until the top is browned and the mixture is set.
