- 1/2 pound salmon
- 1 bunch baby broccoli
- 2 Tbsp butter
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400.
- Place salmon and baby broccoli on a baking sheet. Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Mix melted butter, lemon juice, and garlic. Pour over salmon and broccoli.
- Bake for 12-14 min.
- Serve over rice.
