Monthly e-newsletter serving the celiac and gluten-free community.
June 2018 Edition
Lee Graham, Executive Director

Hello,

June is here at last! Vacations are around the corner. School is out or should be shortly and winter is a distant memory. Love the promise that comes with toes in the sand, a walk in the woods, or wading into a cool lake.

Fresh food is appearing in supermarkets and farm stands. Go to our recipe page and try our crunchy broccoli salad or yummy blueberry buckle or the refreshing Strawberry Eton Mess. Let us know what you think.

Many thanks to everybody who supported the Celiac Disease Awareness month fundraisers for the Gluten-Free Food Bank and the intern scholarship fund in May.

Registration is opening this month for the National Celiac Conference. Visit our website for all the details.

Yours in health,

Lee Graham, Executive Director
