Based upon the FDA's response to our concerns regarding the temporary relaxation of labeling laws, together with Gluten-Free Watchdog and other colleagues, we have put together this document to help manufacturers keep people safe.

NCA has uncovered an extreme lack of GF food in many food pantries across the US with COVID-19. NCA has been receiving increased requests for GF food assistance. Feeding Gluten-Free is our initiative to help get GF food to people who need it across the US by connecting GF food
